Protime has appointed Jan Van Autreve (52) as its new CEO. At the beginning of September, he will succeed Gille Sebrechts (31). Gille will remain closely involved with the organisation as Executive Vice President at parent company SD Worx.

More than 20 years of leadership experience

Jan Van Autreve brings with him more than twenty years of experience in senior management and executive roles. He previously served as CEO of ParkLane Insight. Before that, he held various top positions in the insurance sector, including CEO of NN Insurance Belgium and Delta Lloyd Life. He consistently combines his strategic insight with a people-focused approach.

Gille Sebrechts will take on the role of Executive Vice President within the SD Worx Group. In this position, he will be responsible for Protime and SAP Solutions, as well as the regions United Kingdom, Ireland, and International. From this role, he will be able to focus more on strategic development, while remaining closely involved with Protime. In addition, Jan will report directly to him.

International ambitions for the future

Protime’s ambition for the coming years is to further expand its customer base and continue its revenue growth. Over the past three years, the company has already achieved revenue growth of 65 percent – from 45 million euros to 75 million euros. At the same time, a strong focus on company culture, with employees at the centre, remains essential. The leadership change is intended to strengthen operational effectiveness and safeguard strategic continuity, thereby supporting the company’s ambitions and reinforcing Protime’s position as a leading European player in workforce management solutions.

Gille Sebrechts: “Jan has, also through his role as an advisor, a strong connection with the tech ecosystem. He firmly believes that growth comes from the combination of people and technology. His arrival marks a new chapter, with fresh energy and ideas to further grow the company.”

Jan Van Autreve on his appointment: “I am very excited to be joining Protime. The company has already built a strong reputation in workforce management solutions. Together with the teams and customers, I look forward to further building on this success story. We want to become the workforce management provider in Europe. Internationalisation is the way forward.”
