Rotterdam – Dutch brewery Koninklijke Grolsch has selected workforce management software provider Protime for its time registration and planning solutions. Protime's integrated system meets Grolsch's need for a unified platform that combines both time tracking and workforce planning. By integrating all functionalities into a single system, the brewery is able to manage these processes as efficiently as possible. The two parties have committed to working together for at least the next three years.
All-in-one system
Grolsch previously used a different provider for its workforce planning and time registration software. However, due to a strategic reorganisation by that provider, Grolsch needed to seek a new partner. The decision to go with Protime was influenced not only by a recommendation from the previous supplier, but also by the strong combination of Protime’s offerings and its extensive experience across various sectors.
In total, around 900 employees will use the solutions, allowing them to easily record hours worked and absences. This is combined with Protime’s workforce planning module, which supports the creation of staff schedules. For Grolsch, it is crucial that all employees are able to work effectively with the software. Ease of use, functionality, and supplier support were therefore key factors in their decision to partner with Protime.
