Meanwhile, the visitor can still read through and agree on safety guidelines or hygiene regulations. After registration, visitors are included in emergency lists and can be shown on the myProtime floor plan.

The system automatically creates a digital log of all entries and exits, which will help to simplify reporting, emergency response, and audit preparation. Visitor badges can be printed instantly, and temporary access rights granted automatically based on predefined rules.
