To access your data via the web application (only for ASP users), please follow the MyProtime icon.
Depending on your Service Level Agreement (SLA), as a customer you have access to the Protime Support portal. You can consult documentation there and in addition, you can ask for an on-line support desk ticket. Customers who have our applications on their own server can download upgrades from here.
