Project Management
Over the years, we at Protime have developed our own unique project methodology. This combines industry-standard best practices with techniques that we have evolved ourselves in order to maximize our customers' satisfaction. We establish the most appropriate team in terms of size, skills and expertise for each project. We aim to deliver a faultless smooth implementation on schedule, against specification and on budget first time every time.
Qualified software and network engineers customize, integrate and deploy each solution. Meanwhile, hardware engineers install, configure and maintain components such as booking terminals for time registration, shop floor data collection and access control.
ICT consultants make sure that each solution remains in alignment with the changing organizational needs, and continues to generate its optimum return on investment. They provide continuing advice, support and upgrades.
Continuity
We offer extremely flexible continuing support services that can be tailored to complement each customer's in-house skill set. For example, we are happy to provide an onsite Protime consultant to cover busy times, staff sicknesses, and holiday periods. And, of course, that cover can be scheduled to coincide with a particular event, such as the training of a new user or the running of a newly upgraded application.
As soon as an application is implemented, key users have access to the Protime support desk. In the event of an issue, a user can request an online support desk ticket, which will be satisfied in accordance with the customer's individual service level agreement (SLA). More routinely, documents and upgrades can be quickly and easily downloaded from the Protime web site.
Many of our customers find an occasional Protime audit invaluable. One of our consultants will interview the customer's key managers (often the heads of HR and ICT) to establish how requirements, business processes and organizational structures have changed. The consultant will then make recommendations about how the workforce management systems can be fine tuned to enhance functionality, availability and security.
