About Protime

Protime was founded in 1995 and has become the market leader in WFM solutions. Thanks to the continued focus on innovation in Workforce Management solutions in a wide and varied range of clients and market sectors. Today Protime has more than 4,000 installations across Europe with many of them Blue Chip Organisations and is a Microsoft Certified Gold Partner. In 2010, Protime received a prestigious Dun & Bradstreet No. 1 ranking award. Today the company employs 100 staff, most of which have an HR background with offices in Manchester (UK), Rotterdam (NL), Paris (F), Antwerp  and Namur (BE).

Our mission

MAKE TIME VALUABLE. We can´t put it any more concisely than that. For our customer, this means that we measure and manage their time. The end result is that the costs and the added value of the hours worked can be calculated. In this way we convert time into money and of course the customer saves time, and thus money, thanks to our innovative leading edge solutions.
However time is just as VALUABLE for our employees as well. For them, Protime wants to provide a working environment which is exciting and challenging for the time they spend there.

Each of these are values which were carefully selected by the Protimers themselves. Therefore they aren´t just empty concepts. Each of the core values are assessed in coaching sessions and performance reviews which customers can measure our performance against.
